Returns Policy as of June 1, 2019
1. Returned items must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Unworn, unwashed, with no rips or tears, no odours. All original packaging must be included with tags attached, no other signs of being worn. For hygiene reasons all underwear is not eligible for return.
2. Please note that all sale items are final sale - includes promotions, gift package items, and any discounted goods. Refunds for eligible returns can be given for full-priced items only, and not on sale items.
3. Our return parcel service is only available for domestic orders in Canada. Ordering from the U.S. or elsewhere? See below International Returns.
LNBF reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if above criteria are not met.
LNBF accepts eligible returns within 30 days of purchase! Simply:
1. Send us an email us at email@example.com. If eligible for return: a Return Authorization number with instructions will be sent by email.
2. Simply follow the instructions in your email to return the item to us.
3. We will send you a notification email once we have received and processed your returned item. If the return meets our criteria, a refund or exchange will be arranged.
Please note starting June 23, 2019, a return fee of $6 will apply to cover restocking costs, and will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be credited in original method of payment. Exchanges for another item will be arranged when the return package is received. Requests are processed Monday through Fridays. Please allow 3-5 business days to arrange for your exchange, not including delivery time.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied and your order meets the criteria above: you are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange. If the item colour or size is not available, you may exchange for another item of the same value.
We aren’t able to support pre-paid international return labels at this time. For return requests from outside Canada, any return shipping costs is to be covered by the customer. We are working to offer a return mailing label for U.S. customers in the near future! Please contact email@example.com if you need further assistance.

All sale items are final sale. Gift package items (includes coconut oil packages), bundled items, and any discounted items. Refunds will be given for full-priced items only, and not sale items. Exchanges for another size may be granted on an item-by-item basis.
Discount code offers cannot be combined. However, you can apply a discount and use a gift card to checkout (used as a cash/credit card payment). All discounts are valid only during time specified. We cannot apply a discount once it has passed or if you had forgotten to apply it during checkout. Unfortunately we cannot accept price adjustment requests.
Gift cards can be used like a cash/credit card. They will be sent through email only. The box to input your gift card code will appear on the SECOND page under the billing/payment section, after you have entered your shipping address.
