1. Orders made within Canada will be processed in 1-3 business days.
2. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You may check the status of your shipments via our carriers' websites:

3. Please include a note in your order if you need it to be delivered to a PO Box or postal station. Your shipment may take longer as this requires special handling.

TRACK YOUR ORDERS

A great benefit of signing up for an account on lnbf.ca is that you'll be able to check the status of your orders. Simply Login on the top bar with your email and password and click on your order number to check order details, including the shipment tracking number and shipment status. If you don't have a lnbf.ca account yet, you can easily set one up at My Account. It's easy, fast and convenient!

We are happy to offer free exchanges and returns on full-priced items! 

Thank you for shopping with us! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied you are eligible for a return/exchange within 30 days of your purchase date on your full-priced item. If the colour or size you want to exchange is not available, you may exchange for another item for the same value or receive a refund for the purchased item.

Please note that all sale items are final sale - promotions, gift package items (includes coconut oil packages) and any discounted goods. Refunds for eligible returns, can be given for full-priced items only, and not on sale items.

If you want to exchange or refund a product, you must:

1. Reside in Canada - our return parcel service is only available for domestic orders.

2. Send us an email us at order.lnbf@winmarkfashions.com before sending the item back. Instructions and a Return Authorization number will be sent by email.

3. Follow the instructions in your email. Remember to mark your package with your Return Authorization Number!

4. We will send you a notification email once we have received and processed your item. Refunds will be arranged if your returned items meet our criteria. Your total amount will be credited in original method of payment. Exchanges for another item will be arranged once we receive your package. Please allow 5-7 business days to arrange for your exchange, not including shipping delivery time.

5. Returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• No scents or odours
• No rips or tears
• No other signs of being worn
• All tags must be attached
• All original packaging must be included

6. LNBF reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if above criteria are not met.

7. Exchange/Returns are processed Monday through Fridays. If you have placed your order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed within the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
International orders on full-priced items can be returned and exchanged, but LNBF does not cover the shipping costs on the return, or the exchanged item. For assistance, please contact us at order.lnbf@winmarkfashions.com.

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale. Gift package items (includes coconut oil packages), bundled items, and any discounted items. Refunds will be given for full-priced items only, and not sale items. Exchanges for another size may be granted on an item-by-item basis.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount code offers cannot be combined. However, you can apply a discount and use a gift card to checkout (used as a cash/credit card payment). All discounts are valid only during time specified. We cannot apply a discount once it has passed or if you had forgotten to apply it during checkout. Unfortunately we cannot accept price adjustment requests.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be used like a cash/credit card. They will be sent through email only. The box to input your gift card code will appear on the SECOND page under the billing/payment section, after you have entered your shipping address.
