Ordering

When will my order arrive?

Orders take 1-3 business days to process and 1-7 days to ship. You can check the status of your shipment on one of our carrier's sites. We usually ship either with Canpar or Canada Post. Please refer the email that was sent when you placed your order. If it indicates "Other" in the "via" section, that means we shipped by Canpar, if it says Canada Post, then we shipped it by Canada Post! You can also refer to our shipping/delivery page for estimated delivery times. Locations in remote areas may take longer to ship.

Where do I input my giftcard or discount code?

Navigate to "My Cart" at the top of the page to see the items in your shopping cart. There will be a field for your giftcard or discount code once you've clicked "Checkout". You will be asked to give your billing and shipping address on the second page of the checkout process. On the right hand side should be a field for your code, click "Apply" to apply your discount.

Why does it ask me to set up account when I checkout?

Setting up an account ensures a faster checkout process when you shop with us. It saves your address information so you don't have to fill it out again when you purchase! You can also check the status of your items and purchase history. Don't worry, we never save your credit card information for security purposes.

Do you offer deals to Live Green Toronto cardholders?

We're happy to offer 15% discount to all shoppers carrying a LiveGreen Card at all of our trade shows. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally! For more information on rates, please see our shipping policy. We encourage our customers to visit one of the many boutiques that carry our brand in your city to save fuel and money. See our list of stores here. If you are a customer from the US, or other countries please see our shipping rates here.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

Yes! But please indicate in the "note" section when you place your order so our shipping staff can choose a carrier that can support shipping to P.O boxes. Please note that remote locations outside of major urban centres may require up to 7-11 business days to ship.

 

Our Products

What sizes are available?

We offer XS up to XL, and XXL in certain styles in contemporary sizing. Our clothing has a generous stretch and fit. Please see our sizing guide on which size to order.

Why wear Viscose from bamboo?

Viscose from Bamboo not only has excellent drape and softness that is comparable to silk and cashmere, it is also cool to the touch and oh-so breathable. 

Are all your fabrics socially conscious?

Yes, a majority of our garments contain up to 95-96% organic viscose from bamboo fibre or a blend of organic cotton/viscose from bamboo. We do use some conventional cotton or spandex in our fabric blends to increase stretch in our garments. Our trims and zippers, however, are not organic and is used sparingly on our clothing. 

Where are your clothes made?

We design our clothes here in Canada, and send it to our suppliers in China, who take care of manufacturing the finished garment.

Our garments are milled, dyed and sewn at one location in China to keep the process simple. Because all of the world’s best viscose from bamboo textiles are grown in China, we have kept our supply chain in the same place. This reduces the environmental impact of shipping back and forth between our dyeing mills and sewing companies. We have strict standards to ensure quality control every step of the way from milling to yarn-dyeing, to the final construction of the garment with our suppliers. Many companies claiming "Made in Canada" or "Made in the US" can still be shipping imported fabric from their mills in India or China to their sewing factories in the North America.

We ensure to use top-tier socially conscious manufacturing partners as certified by OEKO-TEX® 100 and OCIA standards, which endorse that no toxic chemicals have been used in their fiber processing. Our viscose fabric uses a "closed-loop" process which makes sure that any chemicals used in the fabrication process are re-used and not released into the environment. The finished garment is then shipped to our headquarters in Markham, ON and shipped out to our retailers across Canada.

Are you fair-trade?

We do not yet have fair trade certification, but we have third-party annual audits of our suppliers and manufacturers in China to make sure their promises of safe working environments and fair wages are delivered. We only work with suppliers in cities with well-developed infrastructure and wage policies already in place. We never work with sweatshops or unethical manufacturers. This is an important aspect to our company philosophy. Although we do not yet have fair trade certification, it is something we are looking into for the future, as our brand develops and grows.
